Although arthritis can seem like a crazy rollercoaster at times, you can count on this space to support you through the ups and downs. Come join us!
Mary Paraskos
Founder, Content & Social Media Manager
Mary was diagnosed with arthritis at 18, but she didn’t let that slow her down. Instead, she decided to create Authentically Living With Arthritis to use her voice and advocate for others living with arthritis. She hopes to connect and grow with everyone who joins this community!
Mary is currently a volunteer for the Arthritis Foundation and is serving on the 2021 Carolina Chapter Leadership Team as a Young Professional Leader.
Annie Cao
Content Manager & Editor, Webmaster
Annie is the webmaster, content manager, and editor. If you’d like to write a guest post, she’s your girl!
While working on ALWA, Annie’s parents were diagnosed with different forms of arthritis. Through those events, she realized she wanted to make Authentically Living With Arthritis a place where people can not only share their stories, but also learn about arthritis while supporting their loved ones.
Annie is a currently a volunteer at the Arthritis Foundation and is working as a marketing intern.
